Healthy Peanut Butter Cups *V

Since I lost 16 kilos two years a

go, creating healthy alternative dessert recipes became a life saver during and after the process. I decided to share here my new favourite one, peanut butter cups ! It is so easy to make and so rich in benefits to your health.

Here is the recipe for 3 peanut butter cups:

-In a mug melt 2 spoon of coconut on the microwave, add a spoon of low sugar cocoa powder and 1 1/2 spoon of sweetener to the melted coconut oil. In the silicone case ( I use cupcake ones) fill 1/2 cm with the liquid mixture in each case, and put it in the freezer for 10 minutes. *Keep the rest of the mixture to put on top afterwards.

-In a different mug mixture sugar free, organic peanut butter and a spoon of sweetener. Put the mixture on top of the first layer (another 1/2 cm) and fill the third layer with what was left of the coconut oil mixture. Put in the freezer for another 10 minutes and its all ready !
